DLBI Field · Don Lee Builders Inc. · Updated 2 November 2026

What this app is

DLBI Field is the site management tool of Don Lee Builders Inc. for its projects: drawings, punch-list tasks, photos and comments. It is for DLBI staff and the subcontractors DLBI works with.

Google sign-in

Staff sign in with Google. We receive your name, email address and Google account ID, and use them only to check that an administrator added you and to show your name on your work. We do not receive your password and do not access your Gmail, Drive or other Google data.

What we store

Project data you enter: tasks, comments, status changes, and photos you take, stamped with project, time and your name. Each record shows who made it. Subcontractor links record the name typed when a fix is sent.

Data is stored on Cloudflare (database and file storage). Phones keep a copy of project data and photos so the app works without signal; signing out deletes it from the phone.

Who sees it

People on the same project and DLBI administrators. A subcontractor link shows only that company's tasks. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.

Keeping and deleting

Project records are kept as construction documentation. An administrator can remove a person's access at any time. To ask about or remove your data, contact Don Lee Builders Inc. through donbuilders.com.
